The answer lies within but often the pieces are so mixed up so we cannot see the complete picture

Proactive Life Management will enable you to unlock your true potential and achieve the life you desire All too often we spend our lives being controlled by external events. Business deals fall through, friends and loved ones hurt or upset us or something happens that brings back memories of things that happened to us in the past. Such situations or events cause thoughts and feeling that can either empower or imobilise us. What we sometimes fail to realise is that these situations or events are not the problem, it is that way we react to those situations. Proactive Life Management puts YOU in control rather than making you a "victim of circumstances"

It all there but I accon seem to put the picture together. In life we often have know where we want to be but all too often success eludes us. It is like trying to complete jigsaw puzzle when we have lost the box and have no picture of what the completed puzzle is like. It is all in there, we can see all the pieces but have no idea of how to fit them together. We end up confused, mixed up with no clear sense of how we can complete the task in hand. This is where Proactive LIfe Management can help you.

Proactive Life Management will help you to put all of the pieces together. It can be used in any area of you life, business or personal. It can enable you to deal with fears, phobias, improve careers and enhance relationships. In fact there are no areas where Proactive Life Management will not improve things for you. Once you are to see the complete picture you will be able to see who you are and what you want and more importantly it will enable you to become it.

It's your life you deserve it to be the best it can be.

The So Let's Key to Proactive Life Management

Proactive

1: Descriptive of any event or stimulus or process that has an effect on events or stimuli or processes that occur     subsequently.
2: Controlling a situation by causing something to happen rather than waiting to respond to it after it happens

Stop the reactive response.

We live in a “cause and effect” world and it is important to realise how our mind searches for evidence to support our beliefs. This is so important because it determines how we interpret any event or cause.

What do I mean by this? Well, our minds have a tendency to keep on looking for what it expects to discover and what it expects to discover is pre-determined by our beliefs and the things we focus on. We keep on looking for that ONE piece of evidence to support our beliefs until we find it - or something else that can be easily turned into the ‘proof’. Once we have found that one thing, however tenuous the connection may be, it overrides everything. We take it, label it as a fact and use it to reinforce our belief system. This automatic program is always running and affects how we interpret all events in our lives

Be the cause not the effect

Open yourself up to new possibilities

Benjamin Franklin one said “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” A gentler interpretation is: If you always do what you have always done you will always the same result.

We severely limit ourselves with outdated beliefs such as “I have always been like this” “I could never do anything like that” “It’s the way I am”. All of these are examples of the reactive response because you are reacting in your normal way to any particular situation. If your reaction is positive and it works for you all well and good but if not then the reactive response will limit you. Just because you have always been a particular way it doesn’t mean you always will be. Breaking out of the out of the reactive response, or put in simpler terms changing the way you think about something, a wealth of possibilities will open up for you.

Look at all the options open to you

It is all too easy to focus on one thing and exclude all other options but it is the other options that may well hold the solution to your fears. Look at it another way, if you only know one way to get from A to B and that route is blocked what could you do? However, if you had a map of the area then you may be able to find a multitude of different routes from A to B giving you many more options. Some of the routes may be more scenic, some quicker, some shorter or some longer and you would be able to choose which route you preferred. Options give you choices and choices allow you to decide the best way forward.

Examine any obstacles

Just as there will always be options you can bet there will always be obstacles. Some of these obstacles will be easy to overcome and others not so easy. An obstacle is something that opposes, stands in the way of, or holds up progress but they don’t stop progress unless you allow them to.

Overcoming obstacles involves identifying what’s in your way and identifying how to overcome them. Now, doesn’t that sound familiar? Exactly, we have already mentioned that, it was question two. “How else could I view the situation?” or “What do I need to do differently in order for me to change this”.

Take action

No doubt you have already heard about the power of positive thoughts and you will find a lot of that ethos within these pages. However, no amount of positive thought will help unless you are prepared to take action. At this point in the process you know what you want and what obstacles lay in your way. Now you need to formulate you plan of action.
